About
I'm Tim Spilman, a Production Manager and Lighting Technician trading as TRS Technical Ltd since 2010. Over two decades I've worked across touring, festivals, broadcast, corporate events and large-scale creative installations, in production management, crew chief, lighting and network roles alongside CAD-based technical planning.
My focus is clear, deliverable work, informed by real-world installation and touring constraints, and the right calls made under pressure. Whether I'm advancing a stadium tour, leading a crew on site or draughting in Vectorworks, the priorities stay the same: a job delivered cleanly, safely and on time.
Underpinning all of it is crew welfare. A team that's well briefed, properly looked after and not run into the ground is a team that stays safe and does its best work, so it's built into how I run a job rather than bolted on at the end.
